University of Warwick Science Park Supports Mental Health Awareness Week

Last week, the University of Warwick Science Park joined organisations across the UK in supporting Mental Health Awareness Week, led by the Mental Health Foundation.

This year’s theme, ‘Action’, encouraged individuals and communities to take positive steps to support mental health and wellbeing — both for themselves and for others.

Across our innovation centres, we were proud to support initiatives designed to bring people together and promote positive wellbeing in the workplace. As part of the week, a Coffee & Connect morning was held at the Venture Centre, linked to the Mental Health Foundation’s Wear It Green Day campaign.

The event provided a welcoming opportunity for tenants and staff to take time out of their day to connect with colleagues, enjoy conversation over coffee, and show their support for mental health awareness by wearing green. 💚

The morning was well supported across the centres, helping to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere while encouraging open conversations around mental health and wellbeing.

A huge thank you goes to all the tenants and staff who took part.

At the University of Warwick Science Park, we are committed to supporting wellbeing initiatives that strengthen our community and encourage meaningful connections across our centres.
