Opened in 2001, Blythe Valley Innovation Centre is managed by the University of Warwick Science Park on behalf of Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council. The centre is located on the prestigious and picturesque Blythe Valley Park at Central Boulevard, Solihull B90 8AJ. It offers a unique blend of strategic convenience and natural beauty. It’s nestled in over 170 acres of scenic parkland with footpaths and cycleways leading to the Countryside Park.
