Cycling
National Cycle Route 52 runs north to south across the city of Coventry, as part of a long-distance route between Warwick and Osgathorpe, north of Coalville.
In the south of the city, NCR 52 uses a combination of traffic-free paths and quiet streets, providing a useful and direct link between Kenilworth and the City Centre via the University of Warwick main campus and Earlsdon.

Train
Various rail stations are easily accessed from the Science Park. They offer excellent links to Birmingham, London and many other major UK cities.
Coventry Rail Station, approximately four miles from the campus, is the nearest main-line train station to the Science Park.
Tile Hill Rail Station is roughly 2.2 miles from the University of Warwick Science Park. It’s a 45 minute walk, a short bike ride or taxi journey to The Venture Centre. There isn’t a taxi rank at Tile Hill so please ring a taxi if you need one.

Canley Train Station is roughly 1.3 miles away from UWSP – it’s a 25 minute walk, a short bike ride or taxi journey to the Science Park. There isn’t a taxi rank at Canley so please ring a taxi if you need one.

Air
The University of Warwick Science Park is easily accessed from all major airports in the UK. The closest airports are Birmingham and East Midlands. The Science Park can also be reached by public transport from all the major London airports.
To get to the Science Park from Birmingham Airport, either
- take the train to Coventry, Canley or Tile Hill followed by a local bus or taxi to the Science Park.
- take a taxi from the airport to the Science Park.
East Midlands (near Nottingham) has some international flights, and has an (infrequent) National Express service to Coventry.

Road
The University of Warwick Science Park is a short drive from major cities. Reach us easily from Birmingham (via M6 and A45) and London (via M1). Our prime position at the heart of the UK’s motorway network (M1/M6/M42) ensures excellent accessibility.

- As a resident member – You are a tenant or occupier in our innovation centre offices, scale-up space or start-up incubator.
What are the lease options for office spaces at the Science Park?
We offer flexible short-term and long-term leases at the Science Park. All of our leases are renewable to accommodate company growth.
What kind of business support does Warwick Science Park offer?
Warwick Science Park delivers a variety of business support services that companies can utilise to facilitate growth and innovation. These include start-up facilities and incubation by Ignite, access to finance, skills and knowledge support through the Business Ready programme and augmented by equity investments through the Minerva Business Angel Network. Access to market support is powered by Techmark, the science park’s technical marketing consultancy.
