Business Ready is an innovative business support programme that is part funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and Warwickshire County Council. It aims to assist tech-based SMEs that are based within the Coventry and Warwickshire area. Business Ready offers fresh perspectives for business owners to help turn their ideas into reality.. Growing your company, organically, through skills development and the use of access strategies is what we strive for. With a dedicated and knowledgeable team of growth advisers as well as our pool of external specialist mentors, we are able to help you overcome barriers and set you up for sustainable growth.

Our business support team have expertise and experience supporting, advising, coaching and mentoring growth businesses. The topics covered by our Business Ready programme include raising finance, business planning, new product development, market research, sales planning and more. The services provided by Business Ready include:

  • Access to Finance – Assistance in identifying funding routes and developing investment readiness
  • Access to Markets – Offering support with market assessment, competitor analysis, market research and viability evaluation
  • Access to Skills & Knowledge – Hands on help to connect companies to Universities and their related specialist knowledge resources, as well as upskilling business owners in business critical disciplines
  • Access to Incubation – Providing physical space for early stage/start-up companies
