What can tenants enjoy?
Within The Venture Centre, there are 4 well-equipped, air-conditioned meeting rooms with modern video conferencing facilities. The rooms can be hired on a flexible basis – hourly or half-daily – and catering provides freshly made coffee and refreshments for those important business meetings.
The Venture Centre provides a wide range of Business Support Services and facilitated access to the research power of University of Warwick, along with campus amenities that offer the conveniences of a small town for visitors and staff. It’s also home to a business lounge for non-resident members (access available on application), starter units for new tech companies and is adjacent to our scale-up accommodation.

Our lovely conservatory offers a relaxed environment to have your lunch or conduct small, informal meetings and catch-ups with your neighbours. With plenty of natural light and comfortable seating, it’s a calm spot to pause and recharge.

It can take two to six weeks to move into an office depending on complexity. This includes negotiating lease terms/sign-off and completing all paperwork as necessary.
