Innovate UK Grant Funding Competitions
Innovate UK have launched a number of funding competitions to help tackle industry challenges ranging from Semiconductor industry skills and training and plastic packaging waste at home.

Sustainable bio-based materials and manufacture: CR&D
UK registered organisations can apply for a share of up to £12 million for collaborative research and development. This is to develop step-change improvements to sustainable biomanufacturing in the UK.

Semiconductor industry skills and training
UK registered organisations can apply for a share of up to £5 million for initiatives to address shortages across the semiconductor industry for innovative skills, talent, and training projects.

SBRI: Medicines and dementia phase 1
Organisations can apply for a share of up to £240,000 inclusive of VAT, to develop disruptive, innovative solutions supporting people at risk of dementia to manage their medications.

ISCF SSPP Collecting flexible plastic packaging waste at home
UK registered organisations can apply for a share of up to £250,000 to develop innovative ideas that help with the collection of flexible packaging waste from households.

Energy Catalyst Round 10: Mid Stage
Organisations can apply for a share of up to £10 million in total across the 3 stages, to create new or improved clean energy access in sub-Saharan Africa, South Asia or the Indo-Pacific regions.

UK Battery Industrialisation Centre SME Credit Round 1
UK registered micro, small and medium enterprises can apply for a share of up to £1.5 million to increase and facilitate their engagement with the UK Battery Industrialisation Centre (UKBIC). This funding is from the Faraday Battery Challenge.

Innovate UK Transformative Technologies
UK registered small and micro businesses can apply for a share of up to £20 million for affordable, adoptable and investable innovations in transformative technologies.

Farming Innovation Programme – large R&D partnerships Round 2
UK registered businesses can apply for a share of up to £8 million for large R&D partnership projects, from the industry-led R&D Partnerships Fund, a part of the Farming Innovation Programme.
