&Evolve Celebrates Success at Prestigious Industry Awards

&Evolve, a leading UK workplace culture and engagement consultancy, is celebrating after winning the Personnel Today Award for Workplace Culture for its work with AG Paving and Building Products.

The consultancy, headquartered at Warwick Innovation Centre, also secured Finalist status in the Learning & Development Award category for its long-standing partnership with TrustFord, recognising the impact of its ‘Future Leaders’ programme delivered to their national teams.

The double accolade marks another milestone for &Evolve, reflecting a decade of dedication to helping organisations build cultures where people thrive. The team celebrated alongside AG, a family-owned business that designs and manufactures sustainable, low-carbon concrete products for the construction industry and colleagues from the world’s largest Ford franchise operation, TrustFord, at a ceremony at the Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane, London.

AG Paving’s Head of HR, Brenda O’Mullan, said: “We’re thrilled to have been recognised for the Workplace Culture Award alongside &Evolve. Their programme has had a profound impact on our people, strengthening capability, confidence and culture across the organisation. Our partnership with Amrit and the team continues to help us grow, be more connected and more future-ready as a business”.

Amrit Sandhar, CEO of &Evolve said: “Winning this award with AG is a tremendous honour. Their colleagues embraced the journey with such openness, commitment and belief and this award belongs to every single one of them.

Being named a finalist with TrustFord meant equally as much. After more than 12 years working together, our relationship goes far beyond a client-supplier partnership. Celebrating our ‘Future Leaders’ programme with them was very special. This recognition is a testament to my team’s talent and unwavering commitment to creating happier, higher-performing workplaces.”

Since it launched in 2015, &Evolve has helped businesses and organisations such as Dunelm, UKTV, BUPA and many more. Amrit is also behind the development of the Values Alignment Index® survey, a unique tool enabling companies to assess the degree of human values alignment among teams, driving better cohesion and working relationships, as well as their unique culture diagnostic tool, allowing organisations to better understand how employees experience their culture, and pinpointing specific areas to improve.
