Business Ready Workshop Programme – Summer 2017
A series of workshops are being held to help growing tech and knowledge-based firms to grow.
The newly launched Business Ready workshop programme, which starts in May, has been designed to meet the needs of our client base and their employees.
Those needs, which have been recognised by existing Business Ready clients and fed back to the team, are:
- develop their own wider business skills
- fill skills gaps through the training or recruitment of staff
- understand the wider business environment and markets to assess risks to the business
- recognise the impact of wider market and regulatory change
- ensure that new products are successfully launched and sold
- raise and manage funds to support business growth
- retain and effectively manage talent in the business
They range from some of the “hard” skills such as managing finance in the business through to the “softer” skills around team dynamics or managing people in the workplace.
