Are you just starting a business and want a prestigious address but can't afford any premises?

For a flat monthly fee, the Science Park can grant virtual tenancies at one of our Innovation Centre's in Binley, Warwick, Solihull and Coventry. Virtual tenants will benefit from an individual post box telephone answering/ call forwarding service whereby, all calls will be answered by our professional staff in the client's company name. In addition Virtual Tenants have the option to book the conference facilities in our buildings on a charge per usage basis.
