Land and Buildings on the Science Park

Up to 1.5 acres of land is available on certain plots on the science park. Prices can be discussed upon application.

Full Buildings are available for rental, subject to availability.  Each building contains office space covering around 20000 sq ft.

New build, subject to pre-let terms being agreed, can be constructed to meet specified requirements in the range 20 – 40,000 sq ft.

The recently refurbished Venture Centre can offer office space from 200 - 1500sq ft.  The centre consists of small, economic units, designed for start-up and step up accommodation with short, flexible leases of 1 to 3 years. Occupiers range from pre-start Ignite businesses through early stage businesses to teams from national and international firms.

Buildings that can provide space from 2,000 – 15,000 sq ft

• Herald Court offers adaptable ground floor accommodation with high bay areas to a maximum height of 8m.  Possible business uses for this space include Office, Laboratory and Workshop. The building consists of units ranging from 3750 to 15000 sq ft.
• Viscount Centre - a single story building - offers office and laboratory space with units of 2153 - 3760 sq ft.
• Recently refurbished individual workshops/laboratories/offices are available at the Vanguard Centre. Unit sizes range from 2,240 – 3740 sq ft
• Sovereign Court – high quality individual premises of 2000 – 3000 sq ft
• Riley Court is the University of Warwick Science Park’s largest development at 40000sq ft.  It has 10 units, independently accessed from an impressive glass covered mall.  Automated low energy systems have been incorporated into the building to reduce occupational running costs. Ideal for software developers with office use and requirements to impress customers.
