UWSP Limited Prize Draw Rules

   1. To enter, the prize draw simply recommend a colleague by completing the survey.

   2. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted.

   3. One draw will be made randomly by computer on the 23rd September 2008 with draw closing at 23.59GMT on 22nd September 2008. You will be automatically entered into each draw.

   4. Promotion limited to one entry per person.

   5. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries will become the property of the Promoter.

   6. The first entry randomly selected on Tuesday 23rd September 2008 will win an Apple iPod Nano 4 Gb. The decision of the judges is final.

   7. The winners will be notified by email on the 24th September 2008 and winner name will be posted on http://www.warwicksciencepark.co.uk

   8. The winners must claim their prize within 60 days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse.

   9. Winners will be asked to confirm their name and email address before the prize is claimed.

  10. The Promotion winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from this Promotion.

  11. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.

  12. The Promoter reserves the right to modify these rules, suspend or discontinue this prize draw at any time.

  13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Please note that the offer to participate in this prize draw does not extend to persons resident in countries where local, state, provincial or national laws prohibit the promotion of, operation of or participation in sweepstakes, lotteries or similar prize draws.

  14. The Free Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over except employees of UWSP Limited, consultants or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.
