This two-hour session will give you and/or your employees the opportunity to sample both the content and interactive delivery style of this unique programme.
The Diploma in Applied Management features ‘hands-on management development’ and provides an understanding of pragmatic managerial and commercial models and theories alongside the tools needed to apply these to real-life issues and challenges that exist within your business.
In essence, it’s about improving performance quickly and noticeably for the benefit of both manager and organisation.
The Diploma is delivered in a highly interactive and practical setting and is a four-way partnership between the participant, the organisation, fellow participants, and us.
To learn effectively, participants must apply the new concepts in live situations within their business. Their line manager is crucial in helping to identify ways of achieving this to ensure that maximum value is extracted in terms of both individual and, uniquely, corporate objectives – thus ensuring a great a return on any investment.
Our Diploma can also be part of a fast-track to the Warwick MBA by enabling participants to apply for exemption from three of its core modules.
If you want to improve your performance or the performance of your managers to make a real difference to your organisation then come along to find out more, experience some of the content, and speak to the Diploma team regarding any specific questions that you have.
